Dial up the Style in your Garden this Spring

Spring has finally sprung after a bleak winter and Easter is now well behind us!  Birds are signing, buds are bursting into life on the trees and spring flowers are popping up their heads in our gardens, parks and public spaces.

Life is looking much more hopeful with the advent of a vaccine against Covid 19 and, while it will still be some time before life returns to “normal”, it’s beginning to feel as if we’ve turned the corner and are on track for a brighter future.

Gardeners are planning their summer gardens, beginning with tidying up the garden after the ravages of winter.  When it’s too rainy to actually get much done outdoors, you can still “work” on your garden by planning what to plant where so that you can make the most of your beautiful outdoor spaces over the coming summer.

Sitting Pretty

Most of us with gardens will have created a space to sit and just enjoy the fruits of our labour in the garden.  Whilst gardening may be hard work at times, having a beautiful garden where you can sit and relax in the summer months makes it well worth the effort.  Whether you’re an avid gardener who is out there doing all the jobs all year round, or somebody who has planned a low-maintenance yet stylish outdoor space, a seating area is a must if you want to enjoy your garden to the full.

Planning the seating area can be the most enjoyable part of “gardening” for some people.  There are just so many different types of garden furniture available nowadays, that you can create a mini outdoor living room to suit your individual taste.  The type of outdoor furniture you choose will depend on both your individual style and how much you intend to spend.  You can put together a fab seating area on a small budget if you need to keep the costs low – garden furniture can be ordered online or bought in garden centres (and even supermarkets when summer is on the way).

Funky Floor Decor

Whatever type of seating you prefer, you can tie the whole look together by adding an outdoor rug from our fab collection.  Because these rugs are made from recycled plastics (which keeps them out of our oceans and landfill sites), they’re totally water-resistant, so it’s safe to leave them outside, even when it rains unexpectedly.

We have such a huge range of colours, designs and sizes to choose from, that you can be sure of finding something that not only complements your garden furniture, but that fits in the space you have available, no matter how large or small.

Spring for Some Extra Style!

Adding an outdoor rug takes your outdoor seating area to a whole new level in a way that nothing else can.  Give your garden the Wow Factor with a few decorative accents, such as outdoor lanterns, planters full of flowers that you can dot around for a boost of colour, and perhaps some cushions to add extra comfort while you relax in the sunshine and enjoy your garden, patio, or balcony.

We’re excited to announce that we’ll be adding some amazing new decorative elements for homes and gardens to our online shop over the coming months.  We’ll be launching a range of scented candles next month, followed by some exquisite new outdoor style accessories for your seating area later in the year.

If you want to make sure you don’t miss our new product launches, why not follow us on social media?  Whether you’re on Facebook UK, Facebook USA, Twitter or Instagram, you’ll be one of the first to know when we release our new goodies.
